Cancellations, modifications and refunds - Northern Territory parks booking system

You may cancel or modify a camping or multi-day walk booking or parks pass purchased through the Northern Territory Parks Booking System.

Cancellation period and refund amounts

Cancellations made 2 or more calendar days prior to the original booking start date will be eligible for 100% refund automatically processed through the Parks Booking System.

Cancellations made one calendar day prior to the original booking start date will be eligible for 50% refund automatically processed through the Parks Booking System.

Park pass

A Parks Pass can be cancelled prior to the start date (i.e. until the day before commencement), with 100% refund.

Booking modification rules

Modifications to bookings can be made through the Parks Booking System.

Multi-day walks and camping

Booking modifications that:

• increase the value of the booking by adding people or nights, can be made to bookings that are more than one day in the future
• decrease the value of the booking by reducing the number of people or nights, that are made 2 or more days before the booking start, will receive 100% refund of the difference in fees.
• decrease the value of the booking by reducing the number of people or nights, that are made one day before the booking start date, will receive 50% refund of the difference in fees.

Parks Pass

You cannot modify a parks pass booking. You must cancel your parks pass and book again.
