Gambling research

This report presents findings qualitative study that explored Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people’s:

• gambling behaviour
• associated harms
• help-seeking for gambling issues
• views about current legislation on gambling in the Northern Territory (NT).

The aim of this study was to generate an evidence base that could be used to inform targeted interventions for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander  people experiencing harms from gambling in the NT.
