Different types of wagering operations in the NT are licensed and regulated under specific legislation, depending on the nature of the activity.
Sports bookmakers, betting exchange operators and on-course bookmakers are licensed under the Racing and Wagering Act 2024.
Totalisator operations are licensed and regulated under the Totalisator Licensing and Regulation Act 2000.
